By using our website, Non Profit AI Tools, or services provided through Kinder AI™, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Organization Overview
The Get Kindr Foundation is a nonprofit society in British Columbia, Canada. Through Kinder AI™, one of our non profit ai tools our Social Impact AI platform, we support acts of kindness, community connection, and alignment with AI for Good and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
3. Permitted Use
Our platform, website, and non profit ai tools are for personal, educational, nonprofit, or community use. You may not:
- Use for commercial or illegal activities
- Harass, impersonate, or harm others
- Access protected areas without permission
- Copy or reuse materials without authorization.
4. Intellectual Property
ll content, tools, and design elements — including those related to Non Profit AI Tools and Kinder AI™ — are owned or licensed by The Get Kindr Foundation. Use beyond personal/nonprofit scope requires written consent.
5. Donations
Donations are securely processed by third-party providers. While we are a registered nonprofit, we are not a registered charity and cannot issue CRA tax receipts.
6. Community Participation
Participation in our challenges, events, or content implies a commitment to kindness, inclusion, and respectful engagement. We reserve the right to limit access for conduct that violates these values.
7. Third-Party Services
We may offer links to or integrations with third-party tools. The Get Kindr Foundation is not responsible for external content, security, or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Services and non profit ai tools are provided "as is" without guarantees. We are not liable for any loss, interruption, or damages resulting from the use of our platform, including AI-generated content.
9. AI Tools and Use
Kinder AI™ and related Non Profit AI Tools are offered for reflection, engagement, and connection. They are not substitutes for professional services and are governed by our Responsible AI Practices — including consent, dignity, and transparency.
10. Governing Law
The laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada govern these terms. Any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
