The Get Kindr Foundation is a nonprofit society registered in British Columbia, Canada. We use technology — including our proprietary Kinder AI™ platform — to promote emotional wellbeing, digital kindness, and acts of care aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

You agree to use this site and its content only for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

All content, code, visuals, and technology — including Kinder AI™ prompts and brand elements — are owned or licensed by The Get Kindr Foundation unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute content without explicit written permission.

Donations made through our platform are processed securely by trusted third-party providers.
Please note: The Get Kindr Foundation is a registered nonprofit but is not a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). As such, we cannot issue official tax receipts for donations.

When participating in our events, challenges, or community initiatives, you agree to uphold our values of kindness, inclusion, and safety. We reserve the right to remove access or block participation from individuals who act in ways that harm others or undermine our mission.
